We are experiencing COVID-related delays on shipments of raw materials, labels and packaging. Because of this we’ve extended our processing time to 1 to 2 weeks. We ask that you only inquire about the status of your order at the 2 week mark. As we adjust to the changes COVID is bringing to our business, we want customers to understand that no news is good news. We will reach out if there are issues or delays that would push the processing time past the 2 week mark (this is very rare.)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange for a similar item. You can return products for up to 7 days from the purchase day. After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted!
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON WHIPPED SHEA BUTTER OR SOAPS!!!
We only do refunds or replacements for damaged or compromised products, or incorrect orders.

Pre-order means that the order is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you would like to secure your size, style, etc... before the item arrives with us. Please kindly note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. However, you can choose to change your item for one that is currently in stock. Dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Your order will be shipped upon arrival of the pre-ordered item/s.
